Athlete and parent area¶
Accounts that at this club are only a Player or a Parent or guardian open My area (/utilities/athlete-home). The club home sends you here. You see your teams (or your children's), upcoming practices, expectations, messages and statistics. You do not edit the roster, practices or games.
What you see¶
The welcome line uses one name: yours, if the account is the athlete's; if you are only a parent, the name of one of the children linked to the account.
My team shows the name, the club and the Coaches. With more than one team this season, there is a chip per team: picking another one changes the expectations and the messages. The teams are the athlete's roster teams, or the active children's teams for a parent, in the season chosen in the top bar.
Upcoming practices lists up to three sessions from those teams, with day and time. If there are none, you see No practices scheduled. With no team, the card says You are not linked to a team yet.
Team expectations are the titles and texts the coaching staff published for the selected team. If there are none yet, you see Coaches have not published expectations yet.
Messages shows the latest ones for the selected team, with the author and the time. You type in Write a message to the coaching staff… and press Send message. With no messages, the page invites you to send the first one.
My statistics is one sheet per athlete linked to the account: games, TOTAL and AVG. With games on more than one team, there is an All teams tab. With no numbers recorded, you see No statistics recorded yet.
Several children¶
A parent with more than one active child sees:
- one sheet under My statistics for each child;
- every one of those children's teams on My team (the chips separate the teams);
- the greeting with one of their names, not a list.
The season in the top bar filters teams, practices and games. What you can open separately, read-only and only for those teams, is Competition → Games, Planning → Calendar, Planning → Practices and Club → Teams. Feedback stays under Help → Your feedback.
Replying to a call-up¶
The Alerts bell brings the notice Called up for practice or Called up for game. Open the alert and, if you cannot go, press I can't attend.
- Write the Reason. Confirm absence stays off until there are at least 2 characters (2000 at most).
- The absence is recorded and the coaches are notified.
- Cancel closes the field without sending.
If the event is already over (about an hour after the start), the reply is This event is already past. If you are not on the call-up, you see You are not called up for this event. On an alert that has already expired, the button is not there.
When more than one of your children is on the same call-up, the app replies Select the athlete and the dialogue has no list to choose which one.
Suspended access¶
If the account is only a player or a parent and there is no active athlete record (and no active child) at this club, you land on Access suspended. The app stays blocked until the club reactivates the athlete. Choose another club and Sign out are the ways out. The same block at sign-in is in Getting started.
Mobile app¶
The mobile app does not have the My area page. On Home, anyone with a player or parent role sees My statistics. On the Alerts tab, I can't attend and Confirm absence use the same reason rules. Messages to the coaching staff and the My team card stay on the web app. Expectation titles can appear on the team record, in the Menu.
